The Beach Peach is a bright, comfortable townhome in Port Aransas for families, friends and groups who want an easy beach trip. Spend your days on the sand, your afternoons by the heated community pool, and your evenings around the table together. It also works well for a work-from-home staycation.

You'll find four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two living spaces, so everyone has room to spread out. There's a full kitchen, a grill for cookouts, and a golf cart rental right across the street for exploring the island. The beach is a short walk away, and the best local restaurants are only a few minutes by car.

Some days you'll be on the sand from morning until sunset. Other days the townhome is exactly where you want to be. Grab a golf cart from the rental right across the street, explore the island, then come home to a cool house and a full kitchen.

The peach-themed master suite is downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs you'll find the Wave and Coastal Cowgirl rooms, each with a queen bed, plus the Jellyfish room with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Kids of all ages love it.

With two living spaces, a heated community pool, a grill for cookouts and a short walk to the beach, The Beach Peach works for family vacations, friend getaways and work-from-home staycations. Dogs are welcome too.

Beach days, pool days and golf cart rides

After a morning on the sand, the best plan is often no plan at all. The beach is a short walk from the townhome, and you can even drive your car right onto it if you like.

A golf cart rental sits right across the street, which makes it easy to explore the island and reach the local restaurants. Port Aransas restaurants are also just a five minute drive away.

Back at the townhome, cool off in the heated community pool, grill out on the patio, or settle in for a quiet evening with the whole group.

We had a great time at the Beach Peach. It had a lot of sleeping accommodations, beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed to make meals. The host was friendly and the location is great. We would definitely stay here again.

Big fan of the Beach Peach! Great location!! Short hop to the beach and a quick walk to the store for anything you might need. 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and truly the coldest AC you will ever experience in your life! Bonus points for beach chairs, boogie boards, and floaties. Will def be back!

Where is The Beach Peach located?

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are welcome for an additional $150 cleaning fee. Sorry, no cats, because the hosts are allergic.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is free parking on the property, including a garage. Space is limited to about two vehicles, so if your group is bringing more cars or a golf cart, plan to park the extras on a nearby street.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Check-in is self-service with a lockbox, so there is no need to meet anyone.

What are the house rules?

Smoking of any kind inside the home is not allowed, and a $1,000 fee applies if it happens. Someone over the age of 25 must be at the home at all times. The community has a strict HOA, so parties are not allowed.
